  4. The Operator is the Controller of personal data which has been voluntarily submitted at the Online Store Website.
  5. The purpose of processing Customer’s personal data is necessary for the proper provision of services, in particular for:
  • Sending newsletter
  • Handling enquiries via the website contact form
  • Product preparation, packaging, shipping
  • Provision of services ordered
  • Presentation of the offer and information

6.The service obtains information about Customers and their behaviour in the following way:

  • By voluntarily provided data which is submitted to the Operator’s systems.
  • By using the so-called ‘”cookies”.

2.Selected data protection methods used by the Operator.

  2. If you have a concern about the way your data was handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warszawa.
  3. The provision of your data is voluntary, but necessary to run a website.
  4. You may be subject to automated decision making, including profiling in order to provide services within the concluded contract or run direct marketing campaign by the Website Administrator.
  5. Personal data is not transferred to third countries under the provisions of data protection laws. It means that we do not transfer it outside the European Union.

  1. The Website service gathers information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if it is delivered.

The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.   2. The Operator uses Facebook Pixel. This technology makes Facebook service (Facebook Inc. based in the U.S.) know that a registered Facebook user uses the Service.
